Photo Update – March 2017

Well, hello April and goodbye March.  Sheesh!  How did that happen?  Seems to have gone by in the blink of an eye!  However, I am loving the appearance of blue skies and blossom and the promise of summer on the doorstep.  It also means it’s time for the monthly photo round up.  And the soundtrack this week is inspired by my visit to see Beauty & The Beast.  Go see it.  Amaze!  Cue Celine Dion’s rendition of How Does A Moment Last Forever – I’m a total sucker for a ballad!:

First stop, Lily’s monthly shoot.  This time I was whisked away for a day at the West Midland Safari Park so we dragged Lily along for the fun 😊  It certainly tested my skills.  Trying to capture a small child and safari animals from the backseat of a car is quite the feat!  Hence there isn’t a lot of animal action in these I’m afraid.  Ooops!  Had a fab day though and Lily absolutely LOVED it, as did I:

I then had the absolute pleasure of capturing the first pro shots of little Edie at only 13 days old *insert all the heart-eyed emojis*.  Girl after my own heart as initially she was far more interested in filling her belly.  However, once she was suitably milk drunk, I managed to capture some proper cute shots, helped by her Mum who managed to get her in to some super sweet poses.  And of course her big brother, Albert, made a guest appearance too.  Hard to choose just a few to share:

So that was March.  I already have a few photo ops set up for April which I am excited to get on to so watch this space for those.  In the meantime, if you’re interested in me taking photos for you, please complete the contact form on my website and we’ll get something sorted.
